Breaking Perfect By: Lydia Michaels

One of the hottest books of the year. I read romance books daily and most times it’s just another sex scene. Let me just clear it up right now – the hallway pounding that took place with all three characters was NOT just another sex scene: it was hot, forbidden and touched on things that you think you shouldn’t enjoy as you’re running to get your vibrator. The Author managed to write a book that brought you into the story not only of Liberty and dealing with her issues, but Mason who spent the majority of his time trying to create the perfect world. The story started out with us learning about Liberty and Mason and then at about 45% traveled into a world of smoking hot sex.
I think we have all at times felt trapped in our own minds. Dealing with thoughts you can’t voice and can’t seem to ever run from. Liberty suffered from a horrific past. She deals the only way she can – with fear, consistency and obsessing.  Trying to sort through the chaotic feelings of distorted thoughts she handles it the only way she knows  – order and pain. Liberty is strong in her own right. She is a survivor waiting to be set free. Mason is the glue that holds her together. He was perfect in his own right. Mason has a past one that no matter how hard he tries to forget still desires. When his past enters his future and Sean is introduced - this book turns from a nice read to a strip your clothes off and jump in an ice-cold shower kind of a book.
Let me just warn you if you don’t read MMF then this book isn’t for you, but if you do read it than don’t let this book fool you. It will have your face flushed and sneaking off anywhere to finish the scenes uninterrupted. Once she turns up the heat you will be panting right along with the characters. The only way I can explain this book is asking "Have you ever looked at a calm river and felt the serenity, but something inside you wanted to throw a huge rock into it just to watch the ripples?" That is how I felt reading this book. I felt like at 45% she took the biggest fucking rock she could find and through it not only breaking the calm, but the perfect.

Behind His Lens By: R.S. Grey

with sexual tension. I thought at one point I might actually explode if someone didn’t make a move. Wow! This book was suggested to me to read and I can’t say how grateful I am to have had the chance to read it.  I started this book and by 4% I knew I was going to fall in love with Jude.  What I didn’t expect was to fall in love with everyone and in the end with R.S. Grey. Good God the book was so well written that I was so engrossed in the damn story I forgot to highlight all my favorite parts. Every smirk or arrogant line Jude said had me grinning from ear to ear.  I read so many books that I find myself looking for something that always seems out of reach.

Ms. Grey pulled me in with her back and forth banter and the predator and prey game between Jude and Charley. I’m always looking for that book that draws me in with writing so well-done that you can practically feel the lust, tension and suspense building up to the first time. This book made feel like I’m the one in the book being wanted by a hot guy and she did this superbly.
Jude is the guy you read that when you’re done you say “I just found my new book boyfriend.” He is tortured with a past of pain and learning to fill voids with a no attachment future. The thing I loved about Jude was that he wasn’t an ass. Yes he had some ass like moves, but  once he knew that Charley was it his whole focus was on making her his. He wanted to uncover the secrets that she held so close to her and in the end hopefully free not only her, but he also wanted to free himself.
Charley was running from demons. She was secluded into a private world within her own walls. Four years building up a tough and private exterior that melted at the sight of one man. He owned her from the get go, but that doesn’t mean she was going to make it easy. I loved these two they were great and just the right amount of annoying that made you want to yell “Just do each other already.”
I know I'm usually the first one screaming about waiting half the book for my sex scene, but when you build it up like this author the only thing I can do is squeeze my legs and applaud the ability to have to me so damn turned on with looks, smirks and touching. You have a new fan R.S. Grey. Your writing sucked me in from the first page. The style flowed throughout this book making for a read that you don’t want to end.

The Suicide Princess By: Anthony Bryan

Holy mother of weave a story with lies, love, deceit and murder. What the hell just happened? Who plays with a person’s emotions like this? Let a bitch breath for a chapter once in a while. I don’t know if I’m more in awe at the fact that I had no idea about the ending or the fact I didn’t toss my kindle and bounce it off every wall in my house. I actually at one point thought for my review I would just put; “I rubbed one off, got pissed off, called the author a jerk off then wondered how the hell he pulled the end of.“ Once I started the ride I was all in and just sat back and took it all in.

Mistakes can be made on every level, but once they are made you can’t cover them up and eventually the truth comes out. As in every book you’re instantly pulled to your favorite character. I find myself forgiving things that in real life I would never even consider forgiving. This was no exception; I forgave Stephanie instantly. We have all been in the situation of feeling like our relationship is losing the spark. When you have tried everything to spice up a relationship, but it will soon fail if you’re the only one trying. The problems start when the distraction you went looking for - that spark you find with someone else turns into something deeper – or so you thought.

Let me just say that Stephanie pissed me off a lot during this book. I can’t tell you how many times I found myself saying “Just freaking come clean already.” Derrick was not far behind in the people who piss me off. He went from attentive and hot to dirt bag real fast. This is where I found myself in unknown territory. I usually am drawn right to the dickheads in a book. This was not the case, I was drawn to Jacob. He was the rock in this book for me and in the end the saving grace. Speaking of the end - Holy shit!

The only advice I can give is to grip the kindle tightly and have the biggest bottle of booze ready. You will need it trust me. The story was well written and I loved the suspense and the fact that you have no idea how the hell the book is going to end is another freaking added bonus.

Until Trevor By: Aurora Rose Reynolds

There are things you love in life - coffee in the morning, a glass of wine at the end of a day and Crystal's books any day of the fucking week. She has fast became one of my favorite authors to read and yes that is after two books. She has this style of writing that makes you want to savor the book.  She stepped up the game in Until Trevor. The sex scenes are  much hotter and a lot more detailed. She added components to an already amazing style and now its "Game On Motherfucker."

I read and review books every day. Sometimes books stand out that have you thinking about them - comparing other books to them and in the end wanting to re-read them just to feel that feeling you had the first time. Crystal's books are all the above. She will be the author that when you get her book on your kindle you won't remove it as you will continue to pull it up every time you hit a book funk.

Trevor... Oh Trevor.. He puts the wet in wet alpha dreams and he had a starring role in mine last night. Protective, possessive, bossy then add the things he can do with his tongue and you have a formula for one hot as hell Alpha male. The thing I love about her men is that they are so damn stubborn and Trevor tops the bar at doing whatever the hell he wants to do to get what he wants. So what do you do when you have the perfect male you add in a girl who will not only hold her own, but will have a comeback for any attitude he tosses her. She writes the perfect couple that will have you laughing, holding your breath and crying out "Oh God" many times.

Just when I finish one book and say; "she will never top this" I read the next the book and say the shit all over. Every time I start a book I find myself unable to put the damn thing down. I watch the percentage constantly thinking - shit it's about over then what the hell will I do. Waiting is not my strong suit, but in the end it makes me enjoy them that much more. Fan girl for life, President of your stalking club and making you my new leading Alpha male writer.

Silent No More By: N.E. Henderson

Holy shit I loved this book. I went into it not even reading the blurb. I knew nothing about the book except for seeing the cover. To say I was impressed would be putting it mildy. I fell hard and fast with this authors style. She had the "It" factor that sucks me in. I started reading this book late in the afternoon and couldn't put the damn thing down. The infamous just one more page turned into an "Oh shit I work in 4 hours." I was in love from the Prologue. The moment I met Nicholas I thought this is my new book boyfriend. If you girls know anything about me you know I love the asshole type of guys that love hard.  So the moment he opened his mouth my girly bits took notice and said "this blue eyed hottie is ours." She wrote the perfect man - bossy, stubborn, hot, moody, angry and all Alpha.

Nicholas..Why did I love him? Well let's start with saying he didn't take no for an answer. He fell fast, hard and without fault. To him it was it - he loved Shannon from the moment he saw her. Now let's throw in a defiant woman who goes against a strong minded man and what do you get?? Lots of fireworks and arguments on who is right and wrong. Nick bulldozes right into Shannon's life and he wasn't taking 'go slow' as an option. Shannon is strong willed and trying to overcome a past that ends up smacking her right in the face when she least expected it. Shannon has a lot to overcome and although she loves Nick the role he plays or more like the role he is associated with rears its ugly face not letting her move on.

Fuck me running! First book you ask? Hell yes.. If she keeps writing males like this I'm going to continue to be her biggest fan..The story line was great, the writing was great, and all the charcters in the book were great. I'm jumping on the N.E Henderson train and riding this bitch to the end. Her males will rival anything you have read. She has me hook, line and vagina. Prepare to be stalked, hounded and asked relentlessly are you done with the next book yet..Are You?
