Twist of Fate By: Ella Fox

If you’re looking for a good book to curl up with that will put a smile on your face the whole time reading it—then this is a must read. I fell in love with Gavin and Leah’s story. It was sweet and heartfelt. It was about overcoming a past tragedy and finding a reason to move on—to live again. Gavin was perfect. He was the light at the end of the tunnel and the unexpected rock that Leah needed.

Let me just list a few of the reasons why I love reading an Ella Fox book. I have a philosophy that if you’re going to write a tug scene then it damn well better be a good one. I want one-on-one tugging with a little side of voyeurism. So when I’m reading along in my happy little bubble and read a line that says “What if I’m the one touching it? You can watch and when you feel like touching it—could be days or months from now, no pressure—then you do it.” You have my attention—drooling and panting, but you have my attention.

Now, on to my next reason. Where most would have followed up the line “What do I taste like to you?” with cherries and vanilla when we all know the vagina doesn’t taste like cherries or vanilla she follows with, “Perfection. Sex. Beauty. Hope. Strength. Happiness. Lust.” It's a vagina they don't come in flavors so let's not pretend it tastes like strawberry cheesecake.

Sometimes you just need a good love story without the drama. A story about building a life with your soul mate who helps you with every aspect of finding the strength to live again. Ms. Fox is guaranteed to make you laugh out loud while thinking about putting an ad out to find your own Gavin. It’s easy to please me; just write a book that is relatable and makes me feel good about life and fall in love with two people who give you hope at a HEA and Ella always delivers.

Scoring Wilder By: R.S Grey

Ms. Grey leaves me speechless—again. The flow of this book was seamless, letting you fall for the characters and just sit back and enjoy a beautifully written book. We all read for that escape we find hidden in the pages, but also in hopes that you will come across a book that you simply lose your heart to. This is one of those books. Liam will take your breath away with his sincerity and complete devotion to Kinsley. Kinsley will leave you smiling with her wit and ability to just let go.

The chemistry between Liam and Kinsley is off the charts the moment they meet. The witty banter and hot looks along with some stolen touches have you rooting for a happy ending (pun intended) for these two. When Liam turns out to be Kinsley’s coach the fight is on - to either walk away and leave something that could be good or burn in the fire that ignites when they are together. Add in a kick ass best friend and a psychotic girl named Tara (seriously Tara is a sweet name) and you have a book that will have you thinking of nothing else, but a boy named Liam and a girl named Kinsley and a book you won’t be able to put down.

Her characters bring to life the sexual tension to the point you feel like you are the one experiencing the fight to not give in.  Few authors can bring that element to a book and to do it so well that it leaves you hoping she will prolong the moment. The author is becoming a favorite of mine to read. It’s always guaranteed that you will laugh, have your heart hurt and fall completely in love with her stories.
