I really enjoyed this book. I loved how the POV changes felt smooth and led into each other nicely. Oz was everything I hoped he would be. I knew right from the beginning that I was going to fall for him. When he dragged his skip into the bar handcuffed and ordered a drink, I was a goner. Although I wished Oz and Tilly would have been brought together sooner I was not disappointed once they met. A lost love found after many years and it was on.
Tilly was independent and after years of heartbreak she guarded her heart with walls ten feet high. Oz was just the man for the job. He made her see that sometimes letting go and living in the moment and not worrying about what the future may hold is worth it.
This book had everything that I find makes a good book. Great characters and a story line that makes you want to keep reading. I loved how it joined the past and future and still managed to have the element of suspense involved. This will definitely not be my last book from this author.
Thanks so much for the review! <3
